Location

From Perth

Hopetoun is approximately 550 km southeast of Perth, around a 6-hour drive.

Head south/east from Perth towards Armadale, then continue through the Great Southern region towards Ravensthorpe. From Ravensthorpe, follow the South Coast Highway towards Hopetoun.

Once you arrive in Hopetoun, follow the local roads to Templetonia Drive. Footprints in the Sand is located at 24 Templetonia Drive.

From Esperance

Hopetoun is approximately 188 km west of Esperance, around a 2-hour drive.

Follow the South Coast Highway west from Esperance, passing through Munglinup before continuing into Hopetoun.

Once in town, follow the local roads to Templetonia Drive, then continue to No. 24.

Tip: We recommend checking your navigation before leaving as mobile reception can be limited along some regional sections of the journey. Allow extra time for fuel, rest stops and wildlife, particularly around dawn and dusk.
